Testimonies

This is my true testimony and how Living Water Ministries has impacted my life and ministry and my calling through Rev. Deborah.
In the year 2004 I met this servant of God for the first time in Nairobi, Kenya. I was so much moved by how she ministered the Word of God, full of the power of the Holy Spirit. I took note of her and was interested in her ministry.
In the year 2005 I was so delighted to again meet her as she was to minister in our church, Gospel Lighthouse Church. We had arranged a women's conference in one of our churches in the western region of Kenya. I was so happy to have gotten a chance to interpret for her. During the conference, something so supernatural took place. Rev. Deborah was preaching about how a born again woman who is married to an unbeliever can infact win him for Christ. There was this one lady whose husband was a real drunkard and she was planning to divorce him. They had separated their beddings and the marriage was a mess. When she heard the message from Rev. Deborah, she cried so much. After the conference she went home and reconciled with her husband. The husband became born again last year in August 2008 and that home and family is full of Christ. Praise the Lord. Thanks be to God and His servant Rev. Deborah.
In the year 2006 Rev. Deborah visited Kenya again. My Bishop Dr. Justus Wanjala asked me to organize a meeting for her in our churches within the Nairobi region and it was so. We began at Nyahururu, on to other chuches. It was so wonderful. This was at the time when the Lord had spoken to me about opening a church in Bungoma town. I was having a very hard time accepting it and it was not easy telling my bishop about it. So when Deborah and I were preaching she again said something that deeply sparked the vision and the calling in me. She said "IF YOU WILL NOT GO, THEN JESUS WILL NEVER GO." Yes she was not telling me, she was just preaching but was speaking to me directly. The fire started burning in me like never before. After our meetings I shared with her about this vision and she really encouraged me. During those meetings I also learned something about Deborah: she is very generous and supportive. She was supporting every pastor with finance and it was so good. I am now in Bungoma doing the minstry, just as the Lord had directed as the woman of God had spoken. God bless Living Water Ministries and God bless Rev. Deborah.

One doesn't often hear of an evangelist preaching in a Lutheran church with signs and wonders following. I thank God that Deborah still had a heart for the church of her youth and the community where she grew up. She laid hands on me and I am now free of the awful migraines that had plagued me since high school.

My own healing birthed in me a desire to gladly tell and minister to others the wonderful gift of healing that Jesus made available to us at the cross. I had not heard this taught at my church and I needed to know more. I began reading about the great healing and deliverance ministries of many men and women of the last century and several of those today. I became aware that this is not a choice but a mandate of Christ that everyone who believes in HIm can (and should) do these same things He did and MORE! Healing the sick, raising the dead and setting the captives free brings much joy and blessing to all. Freely we have received and freely we are to give. The story we must tell is a simple one: Salvation is free to all who desire it. It came with a great price and we are obligated to freely pass it on to those who have not heard. We don't have to do this timidly. Jesus promised power would back it up. Power that would heal, deliver and raise the dead! What a gift we can give as we go!

Deborah teaches right from God's Word and blends it with drama and personal experiences. Many signs and wonders follow in her meetings. You won't even look at your watch!

I first met Deborah Stuhlman in 1994 at a month long revival she was holding in a small, inter-city church. During the month long revival, I learned many things. I learned how to grow spiritually, how to trust again and how to see Jesus in a different way.

I grew up in church, but Deborah showed me the love of God without showing me the denomination, that often goes with other teachings I've learned in churches. The church had hurt me. The issue of trust was a very hard thing for me to overcome. Sitting in Deborah's meetings showed me that God isn't the four walls and a roof. It's the people that show God's love. I was restored and now am working within the local church.

Deborah doesn't care if the people who come in are dirty, smelly or not. She cares for the soul within. She sees people through the eyes of Christ. I'm very glad that the Lord brought Deborah to my city and that I had an opportunity to meet her and to sit under her ministry.
